Type B636 sq ft22Check furniture clearance along the shared kitchen, dining and living space.
Type C894 sq ft32Check bedroom furniture placement and the route from living space to balcony.
Type D1,280 sq ft43Check how the kitchen counter affects the route from the entrance to dining space.
Type E1,302 sq ft43Check access to the three bathrooms from bedrooms and shared living space.

Type B or Type C: do you need a third bedroom?

Type B has 2 bedrooms, while Type C adds a third bedroom with the same 2-bathroom count. Decide whether you need that room for sleeping, work or guests, then check its dimensions against your furniture.

Type C or Type A: where does the extra space go?

Type A places a yard beside the kitchen and a balcony along the living/dining area; Type C places its balcony beyond the living area. Both have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so compare shared spaces rather than assuming the extra area enlarges every bedroom.

Type D or Type E: compare the layout, not just the size.

Both have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with bedrooms on either side of the living/dining area. Compare the kitchen entrance and routes to all three bathrooms in each drawing before choosing furniture.

Floor plans and dimensions are indicative and not to scale. Confirm specifications and current availability before choosing a unit.
